Dustin was the best choice for a DJ! He was professional and easy to work with since the beginning process to the wedding day. He made the process less stressful which is a big help planning a wedding. On wedding day he was able to follow the schedule and read the room for music choices to go along with what everyone was feeling while adding in the songs I wanted as well. I let him have freedom with just specific genres and he did not disappoint! I strong recommend using him for any needs and especially for a wedding!

“Dustin was a great addition to our big day”
Having Dustin DJ our wedding was the easiest and best decision yet for our big day! We met with him a week before the wedding and was able to outline the expectations for the big day. Planning and prep with Dustin was quick and easy! We also were able to have some private dance lessons with him before the wedding which helped bring out some fun moves to show off during our first dance. Day of, Dustin went beyond our expectations and had the music timed up perfectly for what we were wanting. He was a great Emcee for my wedding and helped make the evening go by smoothly. He event taught our guest a line dance while we were off taking photos! We only gave Dustin a handful of song request and from that he was able to pick up the music vibe we were going for and had the rest of the day full of the music genre we loved! Dustin was a great addition to our big day and we feel so lucky to have had him at our wedding.

“Dustin was amazing to work with”
We were planning on having a friend of ours play at our wedding so our budget did not include money for a DJ. A few months before the wedding we found out that our friend could no longer play for our reception. Since we hadn’t budgeted for a DJ, we were limited on how much we could spend. Dustin was referred to us by a very dear friend so we got in contact with him and told him the situation. He was willing to work within our budget which was wonderful. Dustin was amazing to work with. He asked many questions about the schedule and the music to make sure he understood what we wanted as he wanted to make sure everything would run smoothly. If you are looking for a DJ for a wedding, Dustin is your guy! We heard about Dustin through a mutual friend and decided he would be the perfect fit. He drove out to our venue which was slightly out of Reno, and was great to work with through the entire night! He even came out and taught us all a line dance! He kept everyone entertained from the young kids to the older adults, he had it all and handled any song request wanted. It was amazing!! Thank you so much!! We appreciate everything you did for us!!

We had Dustin from DVious Entertainment DJ for our wedding, and we weren’t disappointed. He was wonderful with his communications leading up to the wedding, as well as accomadating us in any way he could on our big day. “He never fails to entertain”
If you are looking for a DJ and/or dance instructor, Dustin Valcalda is your guy. He is an excellent DJ with a wide array of music and knows how to please a crowd. Whenever he is DJ'ing or giving a lesson, I make it a point to be there. As a dance instructor he is awesome. Professional and always prepared, yet knows how to spice things up to keep it fun and exciting. He never fails to entertain with his "styling" and challenges the crowd to learn new dances or try new songs to old dances. Dustin has made a tremendous difference in the Reno/Carson City line dance community by keeping us up-to-date with what is going on in the music and dance world, keeping young and old to stay active while making it fun!

We have several instructors here in town, and I also dance quite a bit in California, but I rank Dustin as #1. He always goes above and beyond to make sure he keeps the dancers on the floor by playing all the favorite tunes. He has brought so many new dances to our area, and always makes sure that everybody on the floor for his lessons, will walk off and knowing the dance.
